Welcome to this week’s NEW meditation.  It’s best to do it at a similar time of day, in the same place, to get into a routine.

Preferably listen through headphones and try to make sure you won’t be disturbed.

If you like, you can start and end your day with the meditation.

Observe the abundance that is around you as you move through your day.

Before you go to sleep, write down 3 ways that abundance manifested in your life.

This can be anything from noticing a blooming flower to seeing a coin on the ground or receiving a message of love.

Here are your five chapters for this week, which include short journaling exercises. It’s best to do them sequentially, one chapter a day, which gives you two extra days this week for you to complete them. You can print the whole thing out or write your answers in your own journal.
