We are delighted to welcome you on board for our FREE LIFE VISION WEEK, which is the Foundation Week for the 13 week
JOURNEY TO FREEDOM
This week, we will be laying foundations which you can build on for the rest of your life.
CHAPTERS
We have divided the week into 7 chapters, designed to be worked through consecutively, day by day.
To get optimal benefit from the course, its best to do only one Chapter per day and to not look at the next chapter before its time to work with the material.
VIDEOS
Please scroll down and watch the Introductory videos, before you do anything else. They explain everything you need to know.
It’s also really important that you watch the Foundational Teaching Videos as soon as you can, as they set the course for the journey, whether you are joining us for one week or 13 weeks.

MEDITATION, JOURNAL & AFFIRMATION
for the whole of Week One
THIS WEEK’S MEDITATION
Welcome to this week’s centering meditation. Its best to do it at a similar time of day, in the same place, to get into a routine.
Please set aside some time each day to dedicate to this – if you can do it a few times a day, all the better.

THIS WEEK’S JOURNAL
Here are your five chapters for this week, which include short foundational lessons and journalling exercises. It’s best to do them sequentially, one chapter a day, which gives you two extra days this week for you to complete them. Its best to print the pages out, but if that’s not possible, write the answers in your own journal

THIS WEEK’S AFFIRMATION
Here is your Affirmation for the week. Please download this onto your phone or print it out and put it up in a prominent place. Its also a good idea to paste it or write it in your Journal. Affrimations are most effective when repeated as often as possible.

FOUNDATIONAL TEACHING VIDEOS
THE MAP OF THE MATRIX – by John Homewood
The first video provides you with a map of consciousness & a way out of the mind-made matrix and into the depth of life.
Its essential viewing for this week. Please watch it even if you are familiar with the model, perhaps a couple of times if necessary, to really absorb it, as this is the essential foundational teaching in this course.
We all live our lives, make choices and decisions, and generate our internal experiences according to mental perceptual maps. The world is in crisis. If we are to survive with any quality of freedom, a new way of thinking and perceiving reality is required.
Albert Einstein so famously said “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”.
This Map has greatly assisted thousands of people to live their lives differently, make better choices, and step into a greater level of Love, Presence and Peace, leading to true freedom.
THE STEERING WHEEL EXERCISE
In the second 7 minute clip, John shares part two of the Map of the Matrix – the Steering Wheel model – a practical, accessible tool to take you out of the horizontal plane of suffering and into the vertical dimension of peace. By using this too, one is able to quickly and effectively clear negative emotions that plague the mind.

When you have a clear vision, you are able to set your rudder accordingly and measure each decision you make against that compass.
