Here is your Affirmation for the month.  Please download this onto your phone or print it out and put it up in a prominent place. Its also a good idea to paste it or write it in your Journal. Affirmations are most effective when repeated many times a day.

CREATIVE PROJECT

Preparations:  Prepare a piece of board or paper  by painting it black or midnight blue

Alternatively, buy a piece of black or dark blue board

You will also need a white crayon, pastel or chalk, gel pens or paints
  • Do the Guided Visualisation first or play it while you do this project 
  • Starting at the centre of your surface, make a dot.  This is also known as a Bindy, a symbol of supreme consciousness, representing the sacred centre within you.

  • Staying in a meditative state, work from the centre and start to draw the light the way you feel it. It might spiral, or radiate or flow outwards as part of a universal dance

  • Focus only on staying centred and creating a sense of illumination as you work

  • Most importantly…. Have fun !
