WEEK ONE 1st to 7th April

In our first week, we look at how our history, family of origin, life challenges and opportunities have shaped us.

One of the most important parts of this journey is the process of inquiry.

Its only by really connecting with ourselves intimately, that we are able to awaken to the truth.

Journalling is one of the ways to do this.

The best way to do this is to make a commitment to yourself to set aside a little bit of time to dedicate to journalling every day. Prepare a space for yourself, perhaps light a candle and write from the heart. Journalling needs to be done in an uncensored way, so that the words that are going around in your head come out onto the paper.

If you click on the picture alongside,you will access the PDF. The best way to work with this is to print it out and perhaps put it into a special file that you make for yourself. Alternatively, you can copy your questions into a journal (dedicated to this purpose) and then write down the answers. Or you can type it out on a computer if that works better for you.

The main thing is that you make a commitment to yourself to show up and write.

We’ve divided the month into 4 weeks. We suggest that you only look at one week at a time.
