In the 1990s I was part of a UFO investigative group based in Cape Town. We met weekly, watched films about UFOs, hosted guest speakers who shared their personal experiences, and connected with other seekers of truth. We also had a task team who went out into the field to investigate reported sightings.
On one occasion, an early morning radio newscast reported a mysterious aerial fireball — which had apparently shot down the west coast of Namibia into South Africa before crashing in the Cederberg mountain range in the Western Cape. We dispatched the team to investigate. When they arrived at the farm where it had reportedly come down, they were blocked by military personnel who had already secured the site. Their presence alone confirmed that something significant had occurred.
UFO SIGHTING
My interest in these phenomena began with a childhood experience when I was just ten years old. It was a clear, mild evening in what was then Natal, South Africa, and our neighbours called us outside – they had been watching what appeared to be a moving disc in the sky for some time. I was transfixed. It moved from left to right, held static for a while, then shifted rapidly back again, flashing green and red lights – all in complete silence. After a short while, it simply vanished. That experience lit a spark in me, and I began borrowing books on the subject from my local library.
DISCLOSURE HEARING
Fast forward to 2025. Late last year, a US Congressional Hearing was held on what the military now terms UAPs – Unidentified Aerial (or Anomalous) Phenomena. On 9 September 2025, numerous members of the military community testified before members of the House about their direct encounters. Suddenly, what had long been dismissed as fringe speculation became mainstream.
The Epstein files represent another domain where information long known to those in power has finally broken into public awareness. The ongoing upheaval in the Middle East has further awakened many people, as did the Covid pandemic of a few years ago. And what of the hundreds, if not thousands, of scientists and inventors whose work promised revolutionary alternative medical and energy technologies, only to disappear. What of the ancient structures built with a precision that our most advanced technology could not replicate today?
It is becoming increasingly obvious to many that there are hidden secrets and agendas – both historical and current – being played out on this planet. Many voices are now calling for Full Disclosure.
Is this something you yearn for? There is a part of me that has, deeply. But the question I find myself sitting with is this: are we truly ready for such a revelation? Do we possess the inner psychological and spiritual resilience to absorb the cultural shock and upheaval that would accompany such a veil being lifted?
FUTURE SHOCK
Alvin Toffler gave us a foretaste of this in his 1970 book Future Shock – though even he could barely have imagined the scale of what we now understand to be in play.
And what does Full Disclosure really mean? Are we waiting for someone in an official capacity to appear on mainstream television and confess that they have been lying to us? Is that likely? And why do we need that external validation in the first place? Even if it happened, many of us would struggle to absorb it – the cognitive dissonance arising from decades of educational conditioning, media programming, and deeply entrenched religious belief would simply be too great.
ITS ALL ABOUT CONSCIOUSNESS
I have come to realise that the deeper reason Full Disclosure has been so long in coming is quite simply this: as a collective, we are not yet ready for it. Our conscious evolution has not caught up. Our sense of self is still too embedded in old historical structures. Many are still caught in a fear-based matrix of mind and time – unable to hear the quiet voice of inner knowing, unable to trust the heart or life itself to guide them.
To withstand the shock of full disclosure we need to be fit – psychologically and spiritually – and genuinely ready to embrace the new without fear or reservation.

The world we are currently experiencing around us as a reflection of our collective consciousness – and in many places – our lack of consciousness. The entire universe operates according to the Law of Frequency, and a new world can only arise as we cultivate a new frequency – a new vibration rooted in connection, compassion and kindness, beginning most importantly with ourselves. Heart coherence is vital.
BE THE CHANGE WITHIN
What blocks heart coherence are stuck emotions. These blocked energies play out in anger, violence, sexual addiction, resentment, prolonger grief and guilt to name just a few. These all emanate from an underlying bed of fear, resulting patterns of incoherent and discordant thought resonance. The old coping mechanisms of self-medication and distraction with things such as entertainment, alcohol, cigarettes, and other recreation drugs are delaying and retarding this process.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
New technologies working with frequency and vibration are on the horizon – but are we yet ready to receive them? Do we carry the inner frequency necessary to operate them from love rather than from fear?
A sword in the hands of a madman is dangerous enough. A non-local energy technology in the hands of unhealed consciousness would be catastrophic.
To work with fifth-dimensional frequency technologies, we must first up-shift our own consciousness – from fear to love, from the perception of separation to the lived awareness of the oneness of all life. We are not separate, any more than waves near the shore are separate from the ocean.
I believe humanity is being given time – precious time – to acclimatise itself to a new way of seeing: a new way of perceiving the self, the other, life itself, and the Divine presence within all things.
THE INNER DISCLOSURE
Until we have dissolved our inner shadows and brought our hidden, unacknowledged selves into the light of awareness, we will not be ready or resilient enough to handle external disclosure.
Until we personally stand on the inner rock of truth that never changes, we will be like the man who builds his house on sand and then prays for rain.
We have to be the change we seek in the world. If it is to be, it starts with me.

THE BREATH — THE PATH TO INNER TRUTH
Practising this simple exercise is enough to begin cracking open the matrix from the inside.
Take a deep breath in, then slowly release it. At the end of the out-breath, pause for a moment. Notice that space – that emptiness. And in that space, ask quietly: “Who am I?” Pause. Be still. See what arises in your awareness before any thought rushes in.
You may wish to try it again with a different question: “Who or what breathed me?”
As you move through your day, carry this question with you: “Who or what is breathing me right now, when I am not conscious of it?” Pause. Listen. Notice what shifts.
THE DIS-EASE OF WAITING
Let us begin to heal ourselves of waiting – the deep-seated belief that something or someone in the future will deliver something more valuable than what is already present within this moment.
The mind lives in time – in the past and in the future. The ego is perpetually waiting: waiting for disclosure, waiting for permission, waiting for the world to change before it is willing to.
Call off the search. And see what is then revealed, right here, right now.
This is the inner work we are being called to do in this extraordinary time between two worlds. It is the surrender that is the prerequisite for our transformation – from the proverbial caterpillar into the butterfly.
Whatever the challenge, love – the perception of oneness – is the answer.
Surrender to love, and let it guide you home.
While fear waits in time, love is revealed – in all its beauty – in Presence.
